TPO – With slight variations in their qualities, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) is a single-ply roofing membrane used primarily in commercial roofing and other flat roofs. It has gained broad industry acceptance for their many performance and installation advantages. As demand increases for heat-reflective and energy efficient roofing systems, TPO single-ply roofing membranes continue to provide exceptional resistance to ultraviolet, ozone and chemical exposure.
PVC – Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a single–ply roofing membrane for flat and low pitch roofs. PVC’s popularity stems from its dependable, heat welded seams, high reflectivity, superior physical attributes and resistance to water, chemicals, grease, fire, and punctures.
EPDM rubber (ethylene propylene diene monomer) a type of synthetic rubber is an elastomer characterized by a wide range of applications including roofs. The main properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone, and weather resistance. It does not pollute the run-off water, especially which is of vital important for rain water harvesting.
